About me
Hi! I’m Giorgio, a Product Experience Leader who’s passionate about design and making a real impact. I’ve worked across fintech, e-commerce, enterprise software, and more, always focusing on collaboration, empathy, and outcomes.
I love helping people thrive in design and leadership, and I’m all about fostering innovation and a growth mindset.
I had the privilege of working with market-leading organizations, such as the London Stock Exchange, Microsoft, Schlumberger, Intel, Canonical, HP, HSBC, Skype, and many more.
Early in my twenties, I was struck by the idea that our society needed individuals who could help remove the friction between people and technology.
For the past 22+ years, I’ve been working at the intersection of design, psychology, business, technology, and culture.
The path I took back then led me to where I am today.

- Championed Agile frameworks and secured multi-million-dollar investments for innovative new products at LSEG.

Milestones
2022 – Part of the senior team driving to completion a 10-year strategic partnership between LSEG and Microsoft.
2021 – Championed the adoption of a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFE) across product, engineering and design at LSEG.
2020 – Led the LSEG Workspace mobile team from discovery to delivery to bring this new product from 0 to 30K+ monthly users
2017 – Led the discovery, ideation and delivery of the Delfi suite for Schlumberger.
